RoseVilla is family owned and operated since 1984.
RoseVilla is composed of five Residential Care Facilities that provide long-term residential care and emergency housing services to Veterans.
Our facilities are licensed by the City of Topeka, Kansas Department for Children and Families and the Veterans Administration. Support staff consists of two Owner/Operators, licensed social workers, case managers, RN, LPN, CMA, CNA, and caregivers.
In addition, RoseVilla maintains, on-going, daily communication as needed with various Veterans Administration support teams to ensure the residents continuum of care.
